All orders made for delivery in Thailand shall be INCLUSIVE of Delivery Charges.
For International Orders, delivery charges APPLY and shall depend on the Shipping & handling charges for shipment, the destination of the delivery and also any Customer Taxation that may be enforced in that country of destination. All charges shall be informed to customers prior to confirmation of orders and also prior to customer making payments for order made.

Order Delivery and Warranty
We aim to process and despatch your order within 24-48 hours. All orders are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal / courier services. Please also consider Public Holiday closing. All deliveries are subject to stock availability
Upon receipt of your order, please check your package before signing for it. In unlikely event that goods sent to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing via our e-mail address within 7 days. After verification, the goods should be returned to us, together with any relevant documentation in case a claim needs to be made against the carrier .Upon return of the goods to us, a replacement will be sent and your postage costs refunded.
